These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DogLife mobile application ("App") operated by Pietro Parmigiani ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. App Features

4.1 Available Features

• Unlimited playdate requests
• Full access to dog sitter booking
• Complete health records management
• SOS emergency reporting system
• Social feed and messaging

4.2 Future Changes

We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription options in the future. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance, and existing free features will remain accessible.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, text, videos). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is spam or commercial solicitation
• Depicts animal abuse or cruelty

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Collect user data without consent
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

7. Dog Sitter Services

• DogLife provides a platform to connect dog owners with dog sitters.
• We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any dog sitter.
• You are solely responsible for verifying sitter qualifications and making arrangements.
• Any disputes between owners and sitters must be resolved between the parties.
• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from sitter services.

8. Medical Information Disclaimer

• Always consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.
• We are not responsible for health decisions made based on app information.
• Reminder notifications are provided as a convenience and should not replace professional veterinary care schedules.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by Pietro Parmigiani and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pietro Parmigiani from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The App may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

17. Apple-Specific Terms

• These Terms are between you and Pietro Parmigiani, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
