How do I create a profile for my dog?
Go to the Profile tab and tap "Add Dog". Fill in your dog's information including name, breed, age, and photos. You can add multiple dogs to your account.
How does playdate matching work?
DogLife uses your location to find dogs nearby. You can filter by breed, age, size, and distance. Send a playdate request to connect with other dog owners and arrange meetups.
How do I book a dog sitter?
Browse available sitters in the Sitter tab. View their profiles, reviews, and rates. Tap "Book Now" to send a booking request with your preferred dates and times.
Is DogLife free to use?
Yes! All DogLife features are currently free. Enjoy unlimited playdate requests, dog sitter booking, health records management, SOS emergency reporting, and more at no cost.
How do I manage my dog's health records?
Go to the Health tab to add vaccinations, vet visits, and medications. You can upload documents and photos of medical records for easy reference.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, dogs, posts, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
How do I use the SOS feature?
Go to the SOS tab to report lost or found dogs, emergencies, or request help from the community. Your report will be visible to nearby users based on GPS location.
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
Tap on any user's profile and select "Report User" from the options. Choose the reason for your report and we'll review it promptly.
